Suggested Use
Adults:
Take one sachet daily. For occasional digestive discomfort, 2–3 sachets per day may be taken until improvement is noticed.
Children:
Take half the adult serving under adult supervision.
Preparation:
Empty one sachet into approximately 100ml of warm water (below 45°C) or cold water. Stir well and consume immediately. For best results, drink an additional 500ml of water afterward.
